oral presentations
Regular presentations will be 15 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions and transitions.
Keynote presentations will be 35 minutes long, with 5 minutes for questions and transitions.
Speakers will use their own laptop. There will be no conference laptops available to present. Please test your computer and presentation during the break before your session.

best presentation by a junior researcher award
All oral presentations by students and junior researchers (3 years or less after the PhD in a junior position) will be considered for the award.
Poster presentations
The Posters’ Session will be on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in the Sage Bistro (University Centre – 6331 Crescent Rd.) It is a 5 minute walk from the Mathematics & Geography buildings, and a 10 minute walk from the Walter Gage Tower (hotel).
The posters boards are 3 x 4 feet (91.5 x 122 cm) and can be positioned as a portrait or landscape. We will have pushpins available. Please set up your poster between 6:00 – 7:00 pm and be ready to present it by 7:30 pm. Make sure to take your poster with you at the end of the night.
