Registration is open. Early Bird rate available until March 15th, 2023.
*Please note that the rate depends on the date you pay (step 2 below), and not on the date you submit the Indico registration form.

To register:

  1. Fill out the registration form in Indico. If you submitted an abstract, you will use the same user/password. Otherwise please create a new user (see below). Always use the “External email: guest access” option. ; AND
  2. Submit payment through the conference’s payment portal (VISA/Mastercard accepted).
  3. Allow up to 2 business days to receive your registration confirmation (validation), and an itemized receipt.

Refund Policy

We will refund 100% of the paid fee, minus CAD$60 administration fee, if requested by April 14th, 2023.

No refunds after April 14th, 2023.

Delegates/Students & Postdocs fees include attendance at all sessions, program, conference bag, lunches, coffee breaks, and all social events, including welcome reception on Mon., May 15th, 2023 and conference dinner on Thurs., May 18th, 2023.

Accompanying person’s fee includes all social events.
